Retail Executive Chef Noah Fraley has been part of the Elior team since 2016, bringing years of experience and a deep personal connection to West Virginia University Dining. Originally from Richwood, West Virginia, Noah now lives in Washington, Pennsylvania, but his roots and his heart remain firmly tied to the Mountain State.
Growing up, Noah spent many weekends on campus attending Mountaineer games with his Papaw and family, creating memories that made WVU feel like home long before it became his workplace. Today, that same sense of pride fuels his work as Retail Executive Chef, where he is dedicated to creating dining experiences that reflect what students want while celebrating the spirit of West Virginia.
For Noah, the kitchen is more than a workplace. It is where he feels most at home. Each day he brings passion and energy to feeding the campus community and building connections through food.
“I get to wake up, cook, and be in my happy place,” Noah says. “I love my people. I love my state. All Hail WVU.”
Through his commitment to quality, creativity, and Mountaineer pride, Chef Noah continues to help shape a dining program that feels personal, welcoming, and distinctly West Virginia.
