- Faculty and staff dining plans are available to full-time, benefits-eligible employees and can be purchased at any time throughout the year.
- Meal swipes and Dining Dollars are loaded onto WVU ID cards.
- Meal swipes can be used at Hatfields, Café Evansdale and Summit Café.
- Dining Dollars can be used at all WVU Hospitality Group locations.
- Unused meal swipes roll over from year to year.
- Faculty and staff dining plans can be purchased by completing the request form.
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card, check or payroll deduction.
