Faculty and staff dining plans are available to all full-time, benefits eligible employees. At this time, faculty and staff dining plans are not available to student workers or part-time employees.

Yes. In Morgantown, faculty and staff dining plans may be used at residential dining hall: Café Evansdale, Hatfields and Summit Cafe. At WVU Institute of Technology, the plans may be used at the Bears Den. At WVU Potomac State College, the plans may be used at The Commons.

The faculty and staff dining plan will be loaded onto your WVU ID card, which you can swipe at the dining facilities to use your plan. Your WVU ID card will work for both meal swipes and Dining Dollars.

To purchase a plan, complete the request form. Payment may be made by credit/debit card, check, or payroll deduction.

You are not able to change your plan after you purchase it; however, when your plan runs out, you may purchase another plan.

The meal swipes on the faculty and staff dining plan are available for use at any residential dining location. If you select the Staff 50+ plan that comes with $100 in Dining Dollars, you may use the Dining Dollars at on-campus retail/restaurant locations.
