WVU Hospitality Group is providing meal accommodations for students observing Ramadan. Please fill out this form to register for breakfast box (Suhoor) pickups. This helps us know which days you’ll need a box and where you plan to pick it up. Halal dinner options do not need to be requested through the form and will be available daily at select dining hall stations.
Campus Dining Ramadan Accommodation Dates: February 17 – March 14 (Dining Halls Open)
Spring Break: March 13 – March 22 (Dining Halls Closed)

Accommodations are available at Summit Café, Hatfields, and Evansdale Café during normal operating hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Dinner (Iftar): 1 MEAL SWIPE OR $14.67
Look for the HALAL Menu Icon at the dining stations. From February 17 through March 14, the following options will be available daily at each dining hall.
Dinner Options Include: Halal chicken, Halal Beef Bolognese, Halal chicken breast and beef burger available everyday by request on Flame.
